Our manufacturing department has a variety of process vessels available with the capability to produce a wide range of both hot and cold products. Versatile equipment allows us to manufacture in batch sizes from 25kg to 1 tonne.
We pride ourselves in complying GMP standard environment and utilising controlled processing ensures batch consistency and quality every time.

We operate a versatile and flexible filling service and are able to fill a wide range of packaging including bottles and jars in plastic and glass in sizes from 5ml to 5Ltr.
Filling equipment includes single and multi-head volumetric filling machines. Warm and hot fill options are also available. Labelling equipment varies from fully automatic online units to semi-automatic machines for smaller runs.
Hand filling and labelling for intricate containers is an additional service as is hand cartoning of the finished product.
Numerous coding options are available. Bottles and jars can be shrink wrapped into packs as required by the customer.
All processes within the department are to GMP standards with online Q.C procedures ensuring consistency and conformity at all times.

We offer a full research and formulation service and work to existing product specifications or liaise closely with the client to develop a product from concept through to delivery. We listen to our clients to understand their requirements and objectives and by working together we fulfil these goals using the most practical and cost effective procedures.
We have an established extensive database of formulations that can be called upon as the foundation for products and our technical team adopt a proactive approach to all development projects, embracing and encouraging exciting new ideas. Up to date knowledge of trends and innovative raw materials ensures a fresh approach to product development.
All testing procedures are provided as part of this service. Advice and guidance regarding global regulatory requirements is also available.
We work closely with select reputable and reliable packaging and printing specialists and can advise on all aspects of suitability and sourcing to showcase your finished product.
